The French Guys is a bakery dedicated to bringing our favorite French products to the Seattle community, from the iconic croissant to our own countryside classics.

 

Through locally sourced ingredients, refined techniques, and a touch of French flair, we strive to create an experience that embodies the essence of our shared homes.

I am a huge fan of The French Guys pastries and breads! Their baked items are beautiful, consistent, and exactly as I remember from trips to France. I have eaten my share of croissants and these hold up with the best - flaky, buttery, light ... now if they could just make them low calorie! So happy this bakery is making its mark in Seattle!
